As well as our private practice we also train people to become Alexander Technique practitioners. If you are interested in learning more you are very welcome to visit our school.
We invite you to visit our Alexander Technique practitioner training course for free. You may have a great deal of experience of the Alexander Technique, or none at all. This is a great opportunity to spend some time with like minded people. The class are a friendly and helpful bunch who will be pleased to meet you and share their understanding of the Alexander Technique.
You will find that spending a morning with the class is a most interesting experience. You can join in with all the different things that we do during the morning, get some good advice about any concerns you may have and have some hands-on work from the Director of Training.
You can visit on : Tuesday Wednesday Thursday
and Fridays from 9.00am until 1.00
