how to generate a successful practice

We are experts in private practice, since 1989 we have run one of the most successful Alexander Technique private practices in the world having taught over 40,000 sessions.

We are pioneers of group work teaching in a number of areas, in business, adult education, courses with holiday companies, courses for the visually impaired and training for teachers.

We have run an extensive group program which includes over 100 residential courses, in the UK and abroad. We had great success working within the NHS and Dental Practice Board and we tailor courses for the specific needs of the modern business.

This module is designed to share the range of skills that led us to achieve this success. We will explore lesson content and how to develop a pupils interest over a course of lessons. You will learn about structuring an individual lesson and how to present the Alexander Technique in an exciting and modern framework. We will share the secrets of how to run great introductory courses and how to work with business.

We scheduled this for Saturday mornings so that more people can come along. The course can be attended as a whole or on a one off basis.

This course is for anyone from beginners or experienced teachers interested in CPD.

We will explore how to take a step and the lunge and how to teach walking to your own students. Teachers will learn how to develop your student’s awareness in motion. All these ideas are great for runners too. In a classic Tuscan landscape we will spend a week working and relaxing eating fantastic organic home made italian food.
